Lalit Vij

Lalit Vij brings with him more than thirty years of experience in Global Capability Centres (GCC), and Asset Management sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned multinational corporations, including American Express, EXL Services, and Principal Financial Group.

Lalit is recognised as a persuasive and determined executive, consistently demonstrating a strong ability to deliver high-quality business outcomes, even in challenging and dynamic environments. His expertise is particularly evident in scenarios requiring start-up launches, rapid organisational growth, business turnarounds, and other change-driven situations. Lalit relies on his extensive experience, sound judgement, unwavering work ethic, and impeccable integrity to drive success in these complex settings.

At present, Lalit serves as an independent director on the board of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, where he also contributes to several board committees. In addition to this role, he also holds a board position at a start-up Fintech company, reflecting his leadership and governance experience across diverse sectors.

Beyond his professional commitments, Lalit enjoys travelling, off-road driving in his 4X4 Jimny, reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with his family.
